About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executives to generate high-quality leads through cold calling and other effective channels. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, collaborating closely with the closure team to convert leads into business opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation targets. Candidates must regularly update and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate data management. The ideal applicant will have 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and involves effectively engaging with potential leads generated by the Lead Generation team and converting them into successful sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The candidate will manage the complete B2C sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey. They must counsel prospective customers who are uncertain about which certification or product to choose, providing accurate and helpful guidance. A strong understanding of Knowlathon’s products and certifications is essential. Additionally, the role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and collaborating closely with the Lead Generation team to enhance lead quality and overall sales performance.
