Well, anyone holding the ITIL®4 Foundation Certificate can join us for the ITIL®4 CDS Certification training course!
Exam and Certification Process
1. You may be reminded that the ITIL®4 CDS certification training course is a Certification Course, which essentially means, at the end of the two-day ITIL®4 CDS Certification Course, you would be needed to sit the ITIL®4 CDS Certification exam.
2. The ITIL®4 CDS certification exam is of an advanced skill level, which includes the application of concepts in addition to questions directly based on the ITIL®4 CDS learning material.
3. The ITIL®4 CDS Certification Exam is conducted and managed centrally by PeopleCert, who are in exam partnership with Axelos.
4. The ITIL®4 CDS Certification exam is conducted in English.
5. A 40 question closed book exam, the duration of the ITIL4 CDS Certification Exam is 90 minutes.
6. You need to get 28 answers right, at least, in order to pass the ITIL4 CDS Certification Exam.
