Learners are eligible for refund in below cases -
1. Training fee will be refunded in full, If you have not attended any training from us due to below reasons
- a. Cancellation of the course you registered for.
- b. Postponement of the course you registered for, beyond 90 days from the original course date.
2. Certification exam fee will be refunded in full due to below reasons.
- a. You have not received certification exam voucher / or exam scheduled date (if applicable) within 30 days of original payment date.
Learners are not eligible for refund in below cases.
1. Learners fail to attend the planned session without any intimation.
2. learners inform us about not able to attend the session less than 24 hours before the start of the session.
3. Learners fail to attend the training course for 3 consecutive planned schedules after repeated email follow-up.
4. Learners have attended the course for any amount of duration.
5. Learners have been issued a certification exam voucher / or exam scheduled date (if applicable)
6. Tax amount (GST) is collected and paid to Government of India on all transactions, if the transaction is already reported to the tax authorities, the GST amount will not be refunded, unless all relevant regulatory controls are adhered to by the customer.
Timelines for refund –
1. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the refund request date.
2. All refunds will be processed on the original mode of payment.
3. Once the refund is processed from our side, below timelines may apply based on the mode of payment.
a. Credit / debit card – 15 days as per bank policy
b. Bank transfer – 7 working days
c. UPI transfer – 48 hours
