    MSP® Foundation and Practitioner CURRICULUM

    None ! Anyone with sound working knowledge of the IT industry can join us for the MSP® F and P Certification course !

    1. You may be reminded that the MSP® F and P certification course is a Certification Course, which essentially means, at the end of the three day MSP® F and P Certification Course, you would be needed to sit the MSP® F and P Certification exams.
    2. The MSP® Foundation certification exam is of Beginner skill level, which includes the basics of MSP®. The MSP® Practitioner certification exam is of Advanced skill level and includes analyzing the MSP® Practitioner core content.
    3. The MSP® F and P Certification Exams are conducted and managed centrally by PeopleCert, who are in exam partnership with Axelos.
    4. The MSP® F and P Certification exams are conducted in English.
    5. A 75 question closed book exam, the duration of the MSP® Foundation Certification Exam is 60 minutes.
    6. You need to get 35 answers right, at least, in order to pass the MSP® Foundation Certification Exam.
    7. An 80 question open-book exam, the duration of the MSP® Practitioner Certification exam is 150 minutes.
    8. You need to get 40 answers right, at least, in order to pass the MSP® Practitioner certification exam.

    Well, in that case you would be accommodated in another MSP® F and P Certification, 
    held on respective dates. 

    To qualify for a refund, please talk to our representatives before you book the MSP® F and P 
    Certification Exam. 

    We will send you a link to a tool that helps us to organise virtual classrooms for the MSP® F and P 
    Certification. 

    Well, you would be notified by e-mail by someone from PeopleCert regarding the time lapse 
    before you get your MSP® F and P Certificates. 

    MSP® Practitioner Certificates do expire after 5 years, while MSP® Foundation certificates do not 
    expire.

    You may retake the MSP® F and P certification exam, but charges apply per retake. 

    Yes, mock questions are included in the course material you get during the MSP® F and P 
    certification course.

    Well, the skill level of the MSP Foundation Certification is definitely basic whereas the MSP 
    Practitioner is slightly advanced than the MSP Foundation . Not to worry, though, as you will 
    receive sufficient training during the MSP F and P Certification course ! 

    Typically at the end of the 3-day MSP® F and P , you can take the MSP® F and P 
    Certification exams in that order. However, we can help you schedule the exams at your convenience. 

    If that happens, immediately contact our representatives, they will help you out. 

    Sorry, but the MSP F and P Certification exam is held only in English! 

    Well, it would be best if you already occupy, or if you are anticipating a position of dealing with, 
    or overseeing product or service technicality in a simple or complicated environment at your 
    organization. Even if you are looking to change organizations or roles, the MSP® F and P 
    the certification course would work for you if you are responsible for dealing with product 
    or service technicality, most likely in a complex scenario. 

    The MSP® Foundation Certification Exam is a 70 mark exam, and MSP® Practitioner Certification 
    Exam is an 80 mark exam. They will be held online, or in some cases, will be paper-based. You 
    cannot refer to any courseware while you sit the Foundation exam, but you can refer to the MSP® 
    manual while you attempt your MSP® Practitioner Exam. 

    You should really talk to our representatives, they would tell you of the different options suited to
