• Any Knowlathon customer registered and paid for a K-Prime course is automatically registered for K-Prime warranty. • For virtual classroom courses – Customer can attend the virtual classroom course for free unlimited times during the warranty period. • For classroom courses – Customers can attend the classroom course by paying a small logistics fee unlimited times during the warranty period. • The warranty is non-transferrable.
